• Financial: We do not store your credit card or UPI details. These are securely handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (e.g., Razorpay).

3. Why We Need Your Data To enroll you in the course, process your payments, and send you the Careernexa certification upon completion.

4. Data Security Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Careernexa. By enrolling to our course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Admission & Eligibility

• Selective Entry: Admission is not guaranteed. Only candidates who successfully clear our Need Analysis and Skill Assessment are eligible to enroll.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide truthful information during the assessment. Any falsification may lead to immediate removal from the program without a refund.

2. Intellectual Property

• Proprietary Tools: All AI prompts, frameworks, 90-day roadmaps, and course materials are the exclusive property of Careernexa.

• Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning and your 90-day project. Sharing, selling, or redistributing our "AI-Stack" or course content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

3. Payment & Fees

• Full Payment: Course access is granted only after the full fee (or the first agreed-upon installment) is received.

• Transaction Charges: Any convenience fees or taxes applied by payment gateways (like Razorpay) are non-refundable.

4. Refund & Cancellation (The 3-Day Rule)

• As per our specialized admission process, no refunds will be provided after the 3rd day of the batch commencement.

• Any request for withdrawal must be sent to info@careernexa.com within the first 72 hours of the program.

5. Conduct & Live Assets

• Project Completion: To receive the Careernexa In-house Certificate, you must complete the weekly assignments and build the required "Live Assets."

• Code of Conduct: We maintain a professional, high-velocity learning environment. Any student found disrupting the community or harassing mentors will be removed without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Careernexa provides the tools and training, but results (freelancing income or job offers) depend on the student's execution, market conditions, and effort. We do not guarantee specific monetary earnings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Careernexa, our admission process is selective. Every student undergoes a Needs Analysis and a Skill Assessment before enrollment to ensure the program is the right fit. Because we limit our intake to maintain high quality, we follow a strict refund schedule:

• Pre-Batch Cancellation: If you decide to withdraw your seat before the batch officially begins, a full refund will be processed (minus any payment gateway processing fees).

• The 3-Day Grace Period: We offer a 3-day window from the date the first class begins. If you feel the program isn't for you, you must submit a refund request within these first 72 hours.

• No Refunds After Day 3: Once the third day of the course has passed, no refund requests will be entertained. At this stage, students have gained access to proprietary AI frameworks, niche selection tools, and the 90-day roadmap.

• Non-Transferable: Admission is specific to the student who cleared the assessment and cannot be transferred to another individual.
